Crafted With Precision.

100% Flow Testing:

No tube leaves the factory without first undergoing a thorough certification process to ensure that it meets the specific flow requirements unique to each individual tube, in accordance with our stringent quality control standards.

Cleaning:

Debris, oils, or moisture inside small-bore tubes can cause flow rate issues over time due to solidification and crystallization. This problem is exacerbated by the capillary effect within the tubes. To prevent this, Erodex cleans each tube three times after manufacturing using a specialized process developed for Fast Hole EDM equipment.

Surface Treatment:

Any oxidation of the tube surfaces will inhibit conductivity / spark erosion performance and flow rate over time. Unpredictable storage times and conditions (humidity levels) can cause problems for this type of tubing. As a result, a new treatment process has been developed that has eliminated such issues.

BRASS & COPPER.

Erodex Brass and Copper tubes are manufactured to the highest level of quality and go through a series of strict processes that ensure each tube not only conforms to the dimensional requirements, but is also free of debris which could impact the performance of the tube.

Technical issues with tubes can potentially only develop a number of months after manufacture and can significantly degrade quality.

All Erodex copper and brass tubes can be personalised for diameter; bore; length; tolerance and form. Single bore, multi-channel, in all of the usual designs, and unique oval, square and rectangular shapes with a variety of internal structures…Erodex can support them all


Our Film Cool tubing range is 100% flow tested to ensure process stability within high volume production settings, and Erodex routinely work with customers to establish liquid flow parameters that we guarantee our tubes of any given size will fall within. Laid End to End our annual film cool tube production could reach into space, and return…almost 20 times. And not one tube needs to be selected from a list of standard parts.

BESPOKE GUIDES.

Like with our tubing, Erodex do not offer standard guides to our customers. We will make any guide to customer own drawing, or develop unique guides to suit customer specific needs.

Additional reach; small OD barrels; single point and multiple-point arrays, Erodex understand the importance of delivering the working electrode to spark point reliably and controllably, and have successfully supplied guide solutions on three continents. Our guides are controlled tightly for concentricity, where applicable and supplied ready to run from protective packaging.
